Nothing is more important to us than the safety and well-being of our customers and employees. As the COVID-19 situation evolves, we’re committed to transparency about what’s happening with us, and how that affects you.
At our main office, we’ve enforced a work-from-home policy in accordance with the government’s request of social distancing. Even though we are working remotely, we will maintain normal business hours for all departments, including customer service.
Our production department will remain open and operational and we do not foresee any disruptions to our customers. For the health and safety of employees, we’ve put in place procedures to support social distancing and healthy practices including staying home if you feel ill, disinfecting all common areas multiple times a day, and continued education to our employees on effective hand washing methods.
When allowed by the local government, we will remaining open and fully operational. For proactive measure, our crew members, at a minimum, have adopted the guidelines of the Red Cross to limit the spread of COVID-19. Some of these guidelines include: frequent hand washing for 20 seconds, making sure employees stay home if they feel sick, social distancing, working from home when possible, and disinfecting tools multiple times a day.
Our Project Managers are also taking proactive measures with their design consultants and installation crews to ensure your safety in your home. Please reach out to to us for the specific precautions and if you have any questions.
